OUR STORY
Decades of Furniture Retail Leadership
Myriad Software was founded in 1990 by Carolyn Crowley and Russell Higgins with a clear purpose: to create technology designed specifically for the way home furnishings retailers operate.
Our first product, Big Ticket Retail Manager, was a fully integrated business management system created specifically for the home furnishings industry. It laid the foundation for what would become a long history of industry-focused innovation.

In the early 2000s, Myriad introduced Eclicktic™, a Windows-based retail management system serving home furnishings, flooring, appliance, and consumer electronics retailers. The robust platform helped retailers manage sales, inventory and inventory control, barcoding, accounting, purchasing, special orders, customer history, and other essential day-to-day operations.
Over the years, Myriad grew to serve more than 350 mid-sized retail businesses, with our software used in more than 11,000 retail locations across North America. We attribute that growth to thoughtful product design, deep industry knowledge, exceptional customer service, and the long-lasting partnerships we have built with our customers.
Eclicktic played an important role in Myriad’s history and supported retailers for more than two decades. As technology, consumer behavior, and retailer expectations have evolved, so have we. Eclicktic is now being retired as Myriad moves forward with PointCentric™, our modern, cloud-based retail management platform.
